The Employees Community Fund of Boeing (ECF) is one of the largest employee-owned and managed giving programs of its kind in the world. ECF has been empowering Boeing employees to make a greater impact by pooling their donations since 1951.
Over its history, ECF has undergone several changes. As a result, the identity was fractured and in need of a refreshed and consistent appearance.
Building on its strong legacy, I led a multidisciplined creative team—graphic and UX designers, copywriter, and developers—tasked with reinvigorating and raising awareness for this long-standing program for a new generation of employees.
